Your Vision Premium was Reduced!
Your vision plan administration has moved from the previous administrator AON Hewitt to the new administrator Metlife with a $6.11 reduction in the rate from last year!
What does this mean to you? You do not have to do anything if you are not making any changes to your vision coverage.

Your benefits committee team worked together this year to provide all staff with a group $10,000 life insurance plan as part of your mandatory benefits package.
The cost is just $1.25 per month and comes out of your state allocation for insurance premiums.
Please complete the beneficiary form provided here for your new life insurance policy and return to your District Office HR Department.

Not sure who you have covered on your plans?
We strongly encourage you to verify the dependents who are covered on your plans during your open enrollment period even if you are not planning on making any changes.
