Your Vision Premium was Reduced!

Your vision plan administration has moved from the previous administrator AON Hewitt to the new administrator Metlife with a $6.11 reduction in the rate from last year!

What does this mean to you?  You do not have to do anything if you are not making any changes to your vision coverage.
  
If you do wish to make changes to your vision dependent coverage,
such as adding or dropping dependents, simply fill out the enrollment/change form provided here and send it to the District Office, Payroll Department. Any changes for the new year will need to be received by our office before open enrollment ends on September 18, 2015 at 4pm.

Your vision plan provider has not changed and will still be VSP (Vision Service Provider) only the enrollment administration has changed.
