In
some of your absence instances, you may qualify for FMLA. Board Policy #5404 details the types of leave that may qualify for FMLA. If you would like to know more about your

of an absence that qualifies for FMLA, if you have filled out an absence request form, your HR department will send you a
letter with your rights to FMLA that details what this means to you.
